- Assist with data migrations, deployment activities, and release management
- Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues and production problems
- Conduct testing, documentation, and version control for platform reliability
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions
- Utilize DevOps tools to manage CI/CD pipelines and facilitate deployments
