Salesforce solution architect

- Lead the development of comprehensive Salesforce solutions that fulfill both business and technical needs - Define system architecture, data models, integrations, and security frameworks - Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adhere to Salesforce best practices - Assess new platform features and propose enhancements or optimizations - Offer technical direction and support to developers, administrators, and project teams - Evaluate and approve solution designs, configurations, and custom developments - Set architecture standards, design patterns, and governance practices - Assist in release planning and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams - Collaborate closely with federal stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and prioritize - Simplify complex technical concepts into understandable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders - Take part in solution reviews, technical briefings, and architecture governance meetings - Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, and compliance standards - Assist with documentation, audits, and system evaluations as needed by the contract - Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies regarding architecture, performance, or scalability
