Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Security Certifications: CISSP, CIPP, or CIPM (at least one required)
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing secure, large-scale Salesforce solutions for Federal agencies
- Demonstrated experience with a FedRAMP High Salesforce environment
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security configuration, encryption techniques, and data loss prevention principles
- Familiarity with Federal cybersecurity frameworks including FISMA, NIST 800-53, and RMF
- Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce security frameworks and controls across a large-scale Federal environment
- Ensure compliance of Salesforce environments with FedRAMP High, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and specific agency security requirements
- Define and document the security architecture for Salesforce, focusing on user access, data classification, encryption, and auditing
- Collaborate with Federal Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), compliance teams, and program managers to maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) alignment and ensure continuous monitoring compliance
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and security design reviews for Salesforce features, integrations, and AppExchange applications
- Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including SSO, MFA, role-based access controls, OAuth, and SAML
- Work with development teams to promote secure DevSecOps practices within Salesforce, encompassing CI/CD pipelines and vulnerability management
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance on Salesforce security best practices to both administrators and developers
