Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis for large-scale technical projects.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- 5+ years working with Cloud/Web application and/or SaaS development projects.
- Familiarity with Big Data and API integration is a plus.
- Automotive or OEM experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs, converting them into technical specifications with traceability metrics.
- Define system and software requirements, flows, and interfaces based on client demands.
- Organize and lead meetings for design, requirements gathering, and resource planning as necessary, engaging vendors if needed.
- Estimate timeline, effort, and skillsets needed for project requirement analysis.
- Work alongside the Product team to proactively identify and eliminate development barriers.
- Ensure team adherence to daily Agile practices.
- Process JIRA tickets for the application portfolio.
- Enhance project efficiency by advocating continuous integration methods.
- Identify and communicate project risks to key stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in customer meetings, acting as the main escalation point for project-related issues.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce standards and procedures for documenting requirements and use cases.
- Provide suggestions for improvements to the team.
