Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years in a QA test lead role.
- At least 2 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium.
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Familiarity with BDD practices using Cucumber.
- Proficiency in Java programming.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Jira for project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in fast-paced team settings, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid foundation in software engineering, having engaged in full lifecycle development on significant projects.
- Capacity for self-management and scheduling based on business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of testing strategies for the AI Scheduler application, utilizing both manual and automated testing methods.
- Create and document comprehensive test cases aligned with functional requirements and technical specifications to ensure high quality.
- Oversee automation test creation using Selenium to facilitate multi-browser and mobile testing.
- Manage offshore resources for both automated and manual testing initiatives.
- Conduct testing utilizing appropriate tools at both the user interface and API levels.
- Supervise the triaging of defects and issues that arise during testing phases.
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings within the agile project team framework.
- Utilize the TestRail Test Management tool to establish suitable test cases.
- Generate JIRA dashboards to visualize testing progress and status.
