Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, device management, or systems administration
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management platforms such as Meraki, NinjaOne, Apple Business Manager, or similar systems
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and Google Workspace
- Experience supporting IoT devices, smart fitness systems, or other network-connected equipment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing project work with day-to-day technical support
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between YMCA locations as needed
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and provide support for mobile devices including phones, tablets, Chromebooks, laptops, and hotspots
- Administer and enhance Mobile Device Management platforms
- Support connected fitness equipment and IoT-enabled facility systems
- Offer troubleshooting assistance, training, and documentation for staff using mobile tools
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflows via mobile technology and automation
- Assist with mobile security measures, compliance, and device policy enforcement
