Requirements

Responsibilities
As a participant in Year Up United, you will engage in a one-year or less intensive job training program that includes:
- In-classroom skill development.
- Access to internships and job placement services.
- Personalized coaching and mentorship.
- Participation in in-depth classes which cover various topics such as Application Development & Support, Business Fundamentals, Banking & Customer Success, and Helpdesk/Desktop Support.
- During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Year Up United combines technical and professional training with support through YUPRO Placement, our industry-leading talent placement firm. This program is designed to provide you with professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building assistance to help you kickstart your career. Additionally, some coursework may be eligible for college credit. We take pride in the success of our graduates; 80% are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
