Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of some college or technical courses in applicable software languages
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript and Node.js, along with database maintenance using MSSQL
- Preferred familiarity with build systems like Grunt, and package management using NPM/Yarn, as well as source control with GIT
- Understanding of command-line tools such as build tools and package management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop current POS software in addition to creating new programs and systems
- Execute code to assess the efficiency of applications
- Test existing programs and modify code to eliminate errors
- Design and maintain online platforms
- Manage and improve the database
- Provide support for multiple servers
- Undertake additional duties and projects as directed
