Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong understanding of scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Excellent ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Proficiency in developing both high-level and low-level process flows
- Experience in maintaining and refining a product backlog
- Ability to conduct requirement verification and validation sessions
- Skilled in performing impact, risk, and gap analysis
- Familiarity with reviewing test plans, test cases, and traceability
- Competence in developing key documentation artifacts like System Requirement Documents (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

- Develop essential documentation, including System Requirement Documents (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Oversee the defect remedy process and ensure efficient solutions are implemented
