- Basic understanding of wired and wireless networking
- Proficiency in troubleshooting audio/visual devices
- Experience in imaging Windows computers
- Excellent organizational skills and personable demeanor with effective communication abilities
- A+, Network+, and other relevant industry certifications are advantageous
- Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for school district staff and students
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Manage imaging and setup of Windows computers
- Conduct basic network support for wired and wireless systems
- Resolve audio/visual equipment challenges
- Maintain thorough records of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency
Description
We are Xtek Partners, seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a permanent, multi-year staffing assignment within a local school district in the Columbus, Ohio region.
