Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science. - Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations settings is highly desirable. - Strong expertise in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Basic understanding of MLOps, including model deployment and lifecycle management. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and data systems such as MES, ERP, and IoT is preferred. - Familiarity with industry challenges such as quality control and predictive maintenance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to work with diverse teams. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. - Knowledge of time-series analysis and optimization methods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop AI/ML use cases in collaboration with manufacturing and business stakeholders. - Establish project scope, objectives, and measures of success. - Manage machine learning projects from conception to deployment, ensuring thorough data collection and cleaning. - Conduct feature engineering and develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models. - Write clean and efficient code, primarily using Python, to support data pipelines and automate workflows. - Analyze complex manufacturing datasets from various systems, extracting insights for quality improvement and process optimization. - Communicate intricate technical findings in a straightforward manner to non-technical stakeholders. - Facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization through clear recommendations.
