Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 18 months of customer service experience or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with hardware and software technology, particularly Microsoft Windows products
- Ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology-related issues, including diagnosing problems and implementing solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels, primarily by phone
- Anticipate customer needs and propose customized solutions using advanced problem-solving skills
- Employ critical thinking to address and resolve intricate customer questions
- Deliver specialized technical assistance to clientele
- React to gas and electric emergency situations with precision to guarantee public safety
- Manage customer phone calls in a professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable manner, following scripts as appropriate
- Participate in an on-call rotation and fulfill weekend shifts when necessary
- Take on additional tasks as delegated, including involvement in special projects
