Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid work ethic
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
- Valid drivers license
- 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding software and a variety of color digital and inkjet printers
- Collaborate with end users, onsite technicians, and Xante Authorized Dealers to efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints
- Deliver outstanding service by proactively engaging with all customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software problems
- Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded
- Record all customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system
- Conduct thorough training sessions for customers to effectively operate our equipment during in-house classes and at customer sites during installations
