Requirements
Must:
- Completed Associates or Bachelors degree in a computer technology-related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience supporting end users and IT infrastructure
- Certifications in Network+, Security+, VMware, and Microsoft
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and subnetting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows desktop and server systems, and Active Directory
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills
- Understanding of IT best practices
- Team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and enhance skills
- Proactive in resolving issues
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
- Experience in vendor management (email, hosting, DNS)
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis during client visits to decrease noise and lower ticket volumes
- Engage in innovative thinking while maintaining focus on objectives
- Assist with onboarding activities for new customers and manage documentation processes
- Effectively coordinate client schedules and tasks while traveling onsite
- Provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Commit fully to delivering excellent customer service
- Manage customer expectations adeptly
- Respond promptly to customer support inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Use advanced communication and problem-solving skills to excel as a leading IT service provider in the Chicagoland area
- Quickly resolve customer issues to minimize operational downtime
- Proactively address technical GAP questions to identify potential challenges in client environments and enhance their technical capabilities
