Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Strong foundation in virtualization technologies, specifically VMware ESXi and vSphere.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server (2016/2019), Linux distributions like Ubuntu and CentOS, and Unix systems.
- Practical experience with database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle Database.
- Understanding of networking principles, including DNS management, VPN configuration, TCP/IP protocols, and computer networking basics.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Bash, Python, and PowerShell; experience with Shell Scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm is preferred.
- Awareness of RESTful API integration for system interactions.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins for automating workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for swiftly diagnosing intricate technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems to guarantee optimal performance and security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Configure, monitor, and enhance virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi and vSphere.
- Administer databases, ensuring data integrity and performance tuning across various systems.
- Oversee DNS configurations, VPN setups, and enforce network security protocols to protect organizational data.
- Implement and manage container orchestration tools for efficient deployment automation.

- Manage version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration processes.
- Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot issues, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance DevOps practices and deployment workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies for compliance and knowledge sharing.
