Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, enhancing business processes, or supporting system-related initiatives
- 1–3 years of experience with SQL, LDAP, or other ETL techniques
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-level programming language (such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Perl, or PHP)
- Proven ability to gather and document business and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational capabilities, communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and business intelligence reporting tools
- Understanding of back-end database systems and associated languages
- Capability to evaluate changing business requirements and convert them into effective system and process solutions
- Skillful in various computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate systems, identify needs, and suggest integration and process improvements
- Organize and lead discussions with stakeholders to gather evolving requirements and ideas for system enhancements
- Document, assess, and convert business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications
- Create and review requirements documentation, use cases, testing plans, and other technical documentation
- Facilitate testing by validating system functionality against defined requirements
- Assist in data validation, cleansing, and integration to maintain enterprise data precision and quality
- Support engineering and support teams in executing improvements, resolving issues, and upholding standards for enterprise tools
- Engage in continuous quality improvement of enterprise systems through process advancements and technical support
- Prepare procedure documents, workflows, change control protocols, and escalation processes
- Serve as a liaison among business units, technical teams, and leadership to align goals and deliverables
- Provide routine updates and communicate project progress using management tools and reporting formats
- Advocate for best practices in data management, analysis, and business reporting
- Document meeting outcomes, requirements, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing
