Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university - Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements - Strong organizational abilities, communication proficiency, and attention to detail - Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel - Proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing - Strong analytical and evaluative skills - Proven capability to deliver functional designs and solutions - Detail-oriented with the ability to test new developments - Self-driven with the capability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Preferred: - 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst or project manager role within IT systems projects - Knowledge of back-end database systems and programming languages - Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets formulas are advantageous

Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis initiatives by collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders to evaluate systems, identify needs, and suggest integration and process solutions - Organize and conduct stakeholder meetings to capture changing business requirements and system enhancement ideas - Document, delineate, analyze, and convert business needs into actionable functional and technical specifications - Create and review requirements documents, use cases, test plans, and other relevant artifacts - Facilitate testing activities to validate system functionality against defined business requirements - Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned - Provide consistent status updates and communicate progress of work products to project leads and client stakeholders using project management tools and reporting structures - Record and document meeting minutes, workflows, requirements, and best practices for project knowledge retention - Assess evolving business concepts and operational challenges to propose improvements to business processes, systems, and workflows - Collaborate with enterprise project teams to identify, document, and execute process and system enhancements - Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members throughout the duration of projects
