Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk positions with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service. - Solid comprehension of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. - Practical experience with computer management techniques and tools for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPN configurations, firewall management, and network security protocols. - Capability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in handling multiple support requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Deliver timely and professional technical assistance to end-users through phone, email, or remote access, efficiently addressing hardware, software, and network challenges. - Oversee computer systems and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring they operate at peak performance. - Aid users with operating systems like Windows and macOS, resolving software conflicts and configuration issues. - Assist with computer networking tasks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewall settings, and connectivity problems. - Perform software troubleshooting for applications such as the Microsoft Office suite and other enterprise tools to swiftly resolve user-reported concerns. - Keep computer hardware components and peripherals maintained and updated to ensure reliability and security within the IT infrastructure.
