Requirements
Must:
- Extensive backend development experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot or similar
- Significant frontend development expertise using React (Vite)
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment methodologies
- Proven leadership abilities to mentor engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Capacity to balance hands-on technical work with strategic decision-making
- Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience in a similar technical leadership capacity
- Proven track record in defining, reviewing, and evolving software architecture for complex systems
- Experience with mobile development projects (hybrid or native) is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical mentor and reference for the development team
- Actively contribute to product development by implementing solutions in critical application areas
- Review, define, and enhance the products architecture and technology stack
- Recommend and execute technical enhancements to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Advocate and enforce best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

We are currently in the process of developing our proprietary internal CRM system, aimed at supporting and scaling all Workflow businesses in Canada.
