- I expect you to respond swiftly to load-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat during after-hours periods, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Accurately handle data entry tasks, updating client records and logging interactions in our company database. - Demonstrate outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical problems, escalate complex cases as needed, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. - You will need the ability to work nights for a 10-hour shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a rotation of four days on and four days off with another Support Staff Specialist. - Work independently with minimal supervision throughout your shift.
