Requirements
Must:
- 10 years of experience as a Lead UX designer, preferably in an agile setting
- Familiarity with Lean Product and Lean UX principles
- Direct experience in developing mobile web and native applications
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships and act as a connector among UX, product, clinical, and technology teams to uphold quality standards
- Capacity to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal guidance
- Bachelors degree (BA) in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design/Media Technology, Information Architecture, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of a unified design vision and culture within the UpToDate Expert AI team
- Collaborate with a diverse group of designers, researchers, engineers, and clinicians to innovate healthcare solutions
- Deliver user-friendly experiences across various platforms and interaction points
- Engage directly with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and excellence
- Guide team efforts in design processes and methodologies
- Supervise the creation and maintenance of design systems and UX patterns
