Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in database management and implementation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar database systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Data Management
- Experience working within the arts and cultural sector is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and upkeep of a Salesforce database for a national network
- Collaborate with team members to design large-scale database solutions
- Support the execution of projects focused on youth internships in the creative sector
- Monitor data integrity and ensure efficient data management processes
- Train team members on database functionalities and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their database needs and optimize solutions
