Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Python 3.12 or higher with production experience
- Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless development and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AWS API Gateway (HTTP API v2)
- Knowledge of AWS S3 and CloudFront for static hosting and caching
- Understanding of AWS Cognito for user authentication and management
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch for logging and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse OData API including entity creation and schema management
- Background in Dynamics 365 or CRM integration
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate for flow maintenance
- Skills in REST API design and multi-system integration
- Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge for portal development
- Strong governance practices in managing development and production environments
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Python, AWS Lambda, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- At least 2 years experience with Dataverse OData API and Microsoft Power Automate

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing platform prototype, including architecture and data models
- Identify any gaps, risks, and necessary improvements for production launch
- Lead the rollout of production across AWS infrastructure and related systems
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate environment promotion and release schedules
- Act as the main technical owner after the platform goes live
- Maintain all components such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Dataverse schema
- Manage Dataverse schema to meet governance standards
- Supervise Cognito user pool and API Gateway settings
- Ensure proper documentation for all features and changes remains current
- Spearhead expansion efforts to additional federal agencies and contract opportunities
- Create a repeatable deployment model for new agency onboarding
- Build configurations that are tailored to each agency on the core platform
- Work with program management to plan and deliver new deployments successfully
- Develop deployment documentation and onboarding guides
