Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are required.
- Practical experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Demonstrable background in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
- Excellent problem-resolution and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and create ServiceNow applications and modules based on user requirements.
- Set up and manage workflows utilizing Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Conduct platform configuration, customization, and improvements.
- Work alongside business stakeholders to assess requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Mentor and support junior developers on platform functionalities and technical standards.
