Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE within cloud-native SaaS environments
- Mastery of AWS (EKS, RDS/Aurora, IAM, VPC, Cost Management) along with strong GCP skills
- Proficient in Terraform at scale, including modules, state management, and drift detection
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes including RBAC, network policy, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), operators, and resource management
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python for building and deploying production-quality internal tools
- Direct experience in developing tools that utilize AI/LLM APIs within engineering processes
- Extensive knowledge in SQL and operations of NoSQL platforms
- Proven capability in designing and managing large-scale, multi-cluster observability systems
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 / ISO 27001)
- Capable of independently defining scopes for ambiguous issues, driving towards solutions and executing independently

Responsibilities
- Design and manage over 50 EKS/GKE clusters with multi-tenant compute, auto-scaling, and cluster lifecycle oversight across AWS and GCP
- Oversee Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) across multi-account, multi-region setups affecting 200+ repositories and services
- Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Harness, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), ensuring supply chain security, SBOM, and progressive delivery practices
- Construct and maintain extensive observability frameworks — metrics, logs, distributed traces — using OpenTelemetry across all clusters
- Integrate DevSecOps controls such as secret management, image signing (Cosign/Chainguard), OPA/Kyverno policy-as-code, and automation for compliance
- Develop internal tools powered by AI/LLM for platform operations, incident management, drift detection, and CI/CD automation
- Manage SQL (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch) platforms, ensuring effective disaster recovery and schema management
- Collaborate with development teams from architecture review through production deployment; create architecture decision records (ADRs), run books, and technical standards
