Requirements
Must:
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows server platforms (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025) for at least 3 years
- Experience in configuring Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policies, and migrations for 3 to 5 years
- Familiarity with physical and virtual server environments for a minimum of 4 years
- Proficiency in VMWare and HyperV environments for 4 years
- Competence in server/PC backup, imaging, recovery, and cloud backups for 3 years
- Skills in installing, updating, and upgrading Windows Desktops, Office Suite, Antivirus, RMM, and EDR for 4 years
- Capability to support users in the operation and configuration of Windows OS and applications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and SharePoint management, migration, and configuration for 5 years
- Experience with Network Storage, NAS, and SAN infrastructure for 3 years
- Understanding of networking, switching, routing, VLANs, and VPN for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of firewall configuration, IPSec tunnels, ASA config, and system hardening for 3 years
- Certifications in Microsoft MCSA or MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certification, or Microsoft Azure AZ-900 are preferred
- College diploma in System Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent is essential
- 3+ years of System Administration and Networking experience is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Solve technical issues independently and follow through to resolution
- Undertake additional job-related tasks and explore solutions for new requirements
- Provide technical direction for network solution implementations, including setup
- Create and maintain documentation related to technical processes and operations
- Plan and execute necessary maintenance work
- Travel to client sites as necessary
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when needed
- Offer support beyond regular hours when required
- Design and implement network solutions based on customer needs
