Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and account administration
- Basic understanding of network concepts
- Entry-level experience in computer repair
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide support for office automation systems and applications
- Deploy client computers in batches and manage printer operations
- Handle antivirus, patches, and information security matters
- Work with Windows server and Linux platforms, including VoIP telephony
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain system stability and security
- Perform additional duties as assigned
