- 5 years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience
- Bachelors degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate
- Valid drivers license required
Responsibilities
- Address internal customer computer issues for Uniti team members
- Manage software installations and removals
- Handle system configurations and connectivity challenges
- Troubleshoot general IT-related problems
- Resolve support tickets promptly by adhering to departmental SLAs
- Work independently on IT ticketing tasks as assigned
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Engage with other Uniti teams when necessary to solve issues
- Proactively identify and address potential problems
- Simplify and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Participate in projects, overtime, and travel as required
- Perform other designated duties as assigned
