Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools

- Proficient in service-oriented architectures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to meet project deadlines and time estimates

- Capacity to work independently on assigned projects
- Willingness to participate in an on-call production support rotation
Responsibilities
- Analyze user specifications and requirements
- Review, modify, and enhance programs to improve efficiency or adapt to new needs
- Gather user information through interviews and business process assessments
- Develop plans outlining the steps to create programs, using structured analysis and design techniques
- Translate project specifications into detailed instructions for coding
- Design, code, test, and document software programs utilizing programming knowledge
- Consult with users to understand current operations and clarify program goals
- Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Create user interfaces that meet application standards
- Develop tools and applications by writing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks using suitable tools and scripting
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance processes
- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and enhance software
- Ensure software remains current with the latest technologies
- Improve development skills by reviewing technical materials and engaging in community forums
- Contribute actively as a member of a development team
