Requirements

- Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) administration, including user and device management.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows operating systems and user accounts.
- A strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, port forwarding, routers, switches, Ethernet).
- Experience in configuring and managing network cameras.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with installing and managing antivirus solutions (Windows Defender, etc.).
- Experience with TeamViewer and remote device management tools.
- Capability to configure Group Policies for Windows environments.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms (or a willingness to learn).
- Knowledge of streaming servers (e.g., Wowza) is a plus.
- Experience with RDP and VPN configuration.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and the command line is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk assistance and manage support tickets.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware like cameras, printers, laptops, and iPads.
- Manage user access and network configurations using Meraki.
- Set up and troubleshoot network cameras, NVRs, Intel Computer Stick, etc.
- Ensure security across all network, hardware, and software components.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including device provisioning and software installation.
- Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and workflows to capture essential knowledge related to ticket resolutions and significant IT processes to boost efficiency.
- Manage software licenses, renewals, domain registrations, and SSL certificates.
- Procure hardware and maintain IT inventory.
- Draft and coordinate IT communications (change management, outages, announcements) with the Senior Administrator and Software team.
- Provide regular IT reports and updates to management.
- Collaborate with management to support current and future IT initiatives.
