Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess either an Associates degree in Computer Information Services, Network Services, or have 2 years of relevant experience in an IT role
- Experience in working with information technology is essential
- Strong phone communication skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must work on-site at our Stevens Point office
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation
Responsibilities
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to address customer inquiries
- Manage client support tickets efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks in support systems
- Collect site-specific requirements from clients
- Gather and document technical specifications
- Provide customer updates through ticket system, email, and phone
- Update user accounts and workstations as needed
- Document solutions and operational procedures
- Monitor and react to system alerts
- Conduct warranty returns for company equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Carry equipment (1-15 lbs) while climbing a ladder
- Maintain a seated or standing position for over an hour when necessary
- Keep the support team informed regarding ongoing issues
- Document processes for end users
- Update knowledge base articles within the dashboard system
- Operate under direct supervision
- Participate in 24/7 rotating customer support schedule
