Requirements
Must:
- Experience in customer service or technical support (telecommunications experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficient computer skills, with strong typing ability and familiarity with online systems
- Good technical knowledge of internet services; networking knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Proven skills in problem-solving and decision-making
- Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing excellent service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, TV, and mobility services
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with the setup and optimization of their equipment (modems, routers, set-top boxes)
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams while providing clear documentation
- Educate customers on available self-service tools and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with technical, customer care, and field teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Stay informed about our products, services, and system updates
