Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service position, preferably in a tech-focused environment
- Comprehensive understanding of stand-alone terminals and related services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in troubleshooting software and technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and multitasking
- Resilient and composed under pressure, skilled at handling challenging situations
- A team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and precise responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Deliver detailed product information and expert technical support for our stand-alone and virtual terminals
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer support tickets within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
- Collaborate with sales representatives to effectively resolve customer issues
- Diligently document all customer interactions, including inquiries and feedback
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to balance customer satisfaction with company profitability
- Maintain regular communication with the Supervisor and Manager of Technical Support
- Stay updated on system changes, product updates, and new offerings relevant to the department
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams as required
- Ensure detailed and accurate account annotations after every service interaction
- Exhibit unwavering motivation and energy to consistently deliver a wow experience to our clients
- Adapt to various support roles as needed, responding to the organizations evolving needs
Description
