Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in full-stack software development with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies (including Framework / .NET 8) and front-end frameworks like React or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design principles and experience integrating third-party APIs for improved functionality.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews, utilizing version control tools like GitHub or SVN effectively.
- Background in supporting IT infrastructure, including servers (Linux/Windows), network configurations, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Knowledge in database management with MySQL or SQL Server, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including application security standards such as RBAC; experience in application support across various platforms is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy full-stack applications utilizing the .NET framework (.NET Core/5/6), C#, JavaScript, React, Express, and other modern web technologies to create user-friendly interfaces and scalable back-end systems.
- Enhance and maintain existing systems by addressing issues related to application bugs, server configurations, or network connectivity in our IT infrastructure.
- Assist in deploying cloud solutions on AWS and Azure, including setting up virtual machines, managing storage solutions, and optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Create and implement RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data exchange between various software components while upholding security via RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software punctually, while adhering to best practices in version control using Azure DevOps.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to oversee system health; conduct routine audits of Linux and Windows servers to maintain stability.
- Offer technical support to end-users by identifying and resolving hardware/software issues related to application development.
