Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within customer-facing or enterprise software settings.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and alignment in environments where product roles are shared or in transition.
- Strong collaborative skills working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Data Science, Operations, and Marketing.
- Proficiency in using design tools like Figma to create wireframes, user flows, and conceptual designs.
- Experience in shaping product management processes such as roadmapping, prioritization, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with fundamental API concepts and the capacity to convert product needs into clear requirements for engineering teams.
- Practical experience in diagnosing complex product challenges, managing escalations, and ensuring product readiness.
- Robust communication and analytical prowess to synthesize complex information and deliver clear recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with teams across Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, Marketing, and partner teams to comprehend current workflows and decision-making processes.
- Assist in refining the product management function by establishing improved operating rhythms, shared methodologies, and better alignment among teams.
- Spearhead one of our critical early initiatives: redesigning and refining the enterprise partner dashboard to enhance clarity, usability, and customer value.
- Convert business necessities, customer insights, and operational realities into precise product requirements, user stories, and sequencing strategies.
- Produce wireframes and user flows that aid understanding, prioritization, and execution among engineering and design partners.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, release, and iterative enhancement for your initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, QA, Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure all releases uphold high quality and reliability standards.
- Provide Tier 2 product expertise for escalated concerns, aiding in root cause diagnosis and ensuring feedback translates into future enhancements.
- Interact with internal teams and external partners to accumulate detailed input and validate product decisions.
- Work across all internal and external product experiences to foster coherence, shared standards, and scalable patterns.
