Requirements
Must:

- Minimum of two years in a comparable support or reporting position, preferably within the telecom or service industry, showcasing proficiency in SQL and Excel data functionalities.
- Expertise in SQL for data querying and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and utilize formulas.
- Dependable in billing and reporting responsibilities, consistently adhering to deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and relay complex information clearly.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and swiftly adapting to changes in systems.
- Dedicated to remaining updated with software advancements and actively seeking self-educational courses to keep pace with evolving technologies.
- Successful completion of pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings is required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and as needed pivot table reports to provide accurate and timely data insights.
- Act as a backup for billing procedures, ensuring precision and compliance with strict deadlines.
- Deliver Tier technical system support to internal users, effectively resolving issues with minimal repetitive instruction.
- Communicate with a variety of employees, presenting technical and functional information in an understandable manner.
- Utilize SQL queries and advanced Excel features for fulfilling diverse reporting necessities.
- Maintain and update documentation regarding system management processes, support resolutions, and reporting workflows to foster clarity and continuity of knowledge.
