Requirements
Must:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Over 8 years of demonstrated expertise as an SAP Solution Architect in sales and supply chain sectors.
- Proficiency in various domains, including but not limited to SAP Advanced TM, IBP for SI&OP, SAP C4 Sales and Service Cloud, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP PM, and SAP IM/WM.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Integration Suite (CPI/APIM), and AI/ML tools within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong comprehension of business processes related to order management, logistics, inventory management, and planning.
- Thorough understanding of how supply chain affects finance.
- Passion for sustainability, automation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly skilled in leading the development and continuous enhancement of solution roadmaps.
- Proven capability to engage with customers and partners to ascertain business needs while influencing solutions to drive business results.
Preferred:
- Practical experience with CRM.
- Knowledge of SAP security design.
- Experience hosting SAP workloads on Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure to business process enhancements utilizing tools like Signavio and LeanIX.

Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Define and uphold the SAP solution architecture for Sales and Supply Chain processes, ensuring consistency with enterprise objectives and digital transformation efforts.
- Lead the integration of C4C Sales Cloud with S/4HANA and other platforms to facilitate seamless customer engagement and sales execution.
- Design Advanced TM and IBP solutions to enhance transportation planning, execution, and S&OP cycles.
- Assess and communicate delivery benefits and value to all levels within the organization.
Innovation & Automation
- Advocate for the adoption of intelligent technologies including SAP BTP, Signavio, and embedded AI tools (e.g., Joule) to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to discover opportunities for process mining, predictive analytics, and digital twin applications.
- Contribute to the automation, simplification, and general enhancements of relevant SAP Supply Chain modules.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product owners, functional analysts, and integration teams to ensure synchronized solution delivery and business alignment.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on industry standards to deliver innovative solutions utilizing SAP capabilities and roadmap alignment.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead retrospectives and roadmap planning to advance SAP capabilities in accordance with business growth and operational maturity.
- Offer technical support, including troubleshooting, to application support teams during emergencies.
- Utilize mentoring and coaching opportunities to nurture a culture of innovation and excellence.
