Requirements

Must:
### - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD in AI, Data Science, or similar areas is preferred. - Experience: A minimum of 8 years in AI architecture, data science, or software engineering, including extensive production deployments of machine learning, deep learning, or AI systems in enterprise settings. - Architecture & Integration: Proven expertise in designing cloud-native and edge AI architectures, integrating models, APIs, and agents into enterprise technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. - Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing enterprise-level AI platforms that utilize classic machine learning techniques and modern generative frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-scale AI systems like Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, AWS, or GCP, as well as strong knowledge of Snowflake, SAP, and contemporary data governance platforms. - Programming & Tools: Proficient in Python, with a working knowledge of SQL, R, or Java. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). - Industrial & Edge AI: Experience in deploying AI in manufacturing or field settings using IIoT data, sensor networks, and edge computing for real-time optimization. - Geospatial AI: Understanding of geospatial data and AI applications (e.g., LiDAR, satellite imagery) and their role in resource management and operational planning. - Governance & Responsible AI: Experience in applying governance and Responsible AI practices to ensure safety, transparency, and reliability. - Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communicator and collaborator, adept at translating business objectives into technical frameworks and influencing cross-functional teams. - Strategic Mindset: Ability to align AI architecture with business goals, operational efficiency, and sustainability. - Continuous Learning: Commitment to keeping abreast of advances in AI, industrial automation, geospatial analytics, and cloud-edge integration. ###

Responsibilities

- AI Architecture Leadership: I will define and refine our enterprise AI and agentic architecture, ensuring scalable and secure AI solutions across business domains. I will set standards for multi-agent ecosystems and generative AI reasoning pipelines to support AI applications that drive measurable business outcomes. - AI Platform Design: I will design and implement the foundational platform for Agentic and classic AI, covering model orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, memory systems, and communication frameworks. Ensuring alignment with our data platforms and governance standards while facilitating experimentation, automation, and adaptive learning is crucial. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: I will partner with business, data, product, and engineering teams to turn business opportunities into technical architectures that enhance AI delivery. Collaborating with IT and enterprise architects is essential for safe and sustainable AI integration. - Mentorship and Advocacy: I will guide engineers and data scientists in applying best practices for AI architecture and MLOps, promoting innovation through knowledge sharing and partnerships. - Responsible and Governed AI: I will incorporate our Responsible AI principles—safety, transparency, sustainability, and accountability—into all phases of the AI lifecycle, enhancing our governance practices for model lineage and continuous improvement. - AI Systems Integration: I will oversee the integration of AI models and services into our enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability and performance across various applications and workflows. - Innovation and Scalability: I will evaluate and test new AI technologies, identifying opportunities for operational excellence and workforce enhancement. - Standards and Best Practices: I will define and promote standards and reusable components that foster consistency and security across AI initiatives. - Performance and Cost Management: I will design architectures that balance computational efficiency and cost, ensuring our AI systems deliver lasting business value. ###
