Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has:
- Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT technology experience.
- Proven leadership skills in team management, both formally and informally.
- A thorough understanding of data governance, modeling, analysis, integration strategies, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and platforms, such as Boomi and API management.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), encompassing both attended and unattended bots.
- Proficiency with various database technologies (relational, graph, object-oriented, document databases).
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to understand customer and partner business needs, lead requirement gathering, and analysis, and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Skill in educating stakeholders on intricate technology topics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling influence, collaboration, and management of group dynamics for consensus.
- The ability to foster a collaborative environment that values input and diverse opinions.
Responsibilities
In this Senior Enterprise Architect role, I will expect you to:
- Develop and maintain architectural strategies and standards consistent with our business objectives.
- Engage stakeholders in discussions about the potential of technology and its relevance to business strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize AI, automation, and data management initiatives.
- Oversee data integration processes, ensuring secure and smooth data transfer across various systems.
- Discover opportunities for automation and process optimization that enable business scalability.
- Work with different units and departments to understand their requirements and provide tailored architectural solutions.
- Promote a collaborative environment, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner on building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automating workflows.
- Collaborate with the Information Governance team to integrate data policies and best practices within the enterprise’s architectural approach.
- Design data models, flows, and integration strategies to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven solutions.
- Uphold ethical standards and responsible use of AI technologies, in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Evaluate the current technology portfolio against business capabilities to influence improvement plans.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and assess their potential advantages for the organization.
- Provide strategic advice for project activities with delivery teams to guide integration efforts.
- Commit to enhancing functional and technical skills and exploring innovative ways to deliver business or technical solutions while being open to mentoring others.
- Lead and take part in project architecture reviews, offering guidance and engaging in alternative analysis and architecture development.
