Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 3 years of experience in database design and maintenance with MS SQL or similar tools
- Over 3 years of practical development experience using .NET, JAVA, or comparable development tools
- Familiarity with reporting tools
- Understanding of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, EDI, Web Services)
- Knowledge of ERP business processes including finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
- Capability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess data from an ERP system along with supporting business systems
- Design, develop, test, and implement tailored programs, reports, and integrations using Microsoft.NET
- Create, test, and execute reports and integrations within an ERP framework
- Provide customer service and business assistance to users across various departments
- Address production system challenges promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the ERP Manager to develop custom business applications aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
- Conduct database maintenance, monitor performance, and uphold data integrity
- Work closely with the ERP Manager on all implementations and upgrades
- Assess software packages and propose enhancements or new solutions
- Deliver training and technical support to users to ensure proper application usage
- Partner with business analysts, functional teams, and fellow developers to collect requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system-related issues while documenting resolutions
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with external applications
