Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience, particularly in consultative selling, is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone, and professional writing abilities
- Strong discipline in follow-up and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar software
- Experience in admissions, enrollment advising, education, or high-ticket services is a plus
- Familiarity with trade schools, welding, or career training programs is advantageous
- Background in guiding financing discussions with empathy and clarity is desirable
Responsibilities
- Establish connections with prospective students through phone, text, email, and in-person events
- Conduct consultative discussions to assess goals, readiness, and compatibility with our program
- Communicate program value, expectations, start dates, and potential outcomes clearly
- Encourage commitment and assist students in making informed enrollment decisions
- Support students throughout the application and documentation process
- Maintain regular follow-up and accountability to ensure progress and motivation
- Assist students in navigating available funding options such as financial aid and payment plans
- Address students questions and concerns with calmness, professionalism, and empathy
- Keep accurate and consistent records of activities, notes, and next steps in our CRM system
- Strive to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets
- Engage in coaching, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance skills and results
- Represent our academy professionally at recruiting events when necessary
