Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related area
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Proficient in diagnosing technical issues and delivering effective solutions
- Exceptional communication abilities and skill in engaging with users at all levels
Responsibilities
- Answering support calls via Teams, email, or other communication channels from users
- Addressing inquiries, running diagnostic software, isolating issues, and determining effective solutions
- Setting up accounts for new users and assisting with password or login difficulties while providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Aiding in the testing of new products and programs, and training staff on software and hardware updates and implementations
- Promptly responding to IT support tickets and resolving issues efficiently
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations
- Assisting end-users with technical challenges related to Microsoft Office suite applications
