Requirements

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot and address hardware and software challenges using remote access tools for quick and safe user support
- Provide technical assistance through phone, email, remote tools, and in-person visits
- Set up and onboard new users, managing accounts, devices, and permissions
- Educate users on systems, applications, and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure system security by managing user access, permissions, and basic firewall settings
- Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations
Description
We are a dynamic company looking for a dependable and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on technical assistance for a variety of computer systems, hardware, software, and network solutions while ensuring exceptional service for our end users. This position is located on-site in our office, with regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a full-time role with competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, along with benefits including a 401(k), dental insurance, and health insurance.
