Responsibilities
- I will add, modify, and maintain the company directory for system access and controls, addressing personnel changes such as onboarding, terminations, and promotions.
- I am responsible for managing and upkeeping the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- I will install, configure, and update software and hardware components as needed.
- I am tasked with monitoring system performance and ensuring the security of all IT systems.
- I will provide technical support and training to staff members.
- I will collaborate with other departments to identify and implement effective IT solutions.
- I will maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- I will stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- I will control and assign all computer software and programs, including third-party items such as server access, accounting programs, and door security, as necessary.
- I will source, maintain, and properly dispose of IT assets, including telephones, tablets, computers, servers, and other related items.
- I will implement and provide training on various software systems.
- I will monitor security and execute necessary security measures.
- I will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for third-party software and systems, closely coordinating with internal teams.
- I will install, configure, and update third-party software and hardware components across the organization.
- I will collaborate with the software development team to ensure the seamless integration of third-party tools with custom in-house solutions.
- I will responsibly plan and manage the budget for the department while ensuring expectations are met.
- I will communicate with coworkers, management, and clients with positivity and a willingness to assist.
- I will serve as an active safety role model and adhere to all safety requirements.

Description
Wage is set at $25+ per hour, with a minimum work week of 40 hours. I expect you to work 40 hours a week during standard hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential additional hours as necessary. As an Information Technology Specialist reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, there are various career paths available for the right candidate. You have the opportunity to advance within the Information Technology division, transfer into finance, operations, or asset management, or take on leadership roles.
