Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment or equivalent, including work experience, training, military experience, or education - At least 2 years of experience in a Call Center setting preferred - Proficient in reading and interpreting legal documents - Proven ability to meet high production and quality standards - Strong capability to manage and resolve escalated and intricate customer issues - Skilled in researching and responding to customer inquiries with precise information - Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Ability to perform well in a structured yet flexible and dynamic call center environment - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Competent in navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools effectively - Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently

- Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding our financial products and services - Determine suitable actions, conduct investigations to identify issues, and process complex transactions online - Execute initiatives to resolve client concerns while reviewing complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags and classifying risks in our case management system to ensure compliance with internal standards - Follow directions from supervisors and escalate complex client issues to more experienced team members - Engage with both internal and external customers to address raised concerns and identify appropriate solutions - Act as a mediator to settle disputes, negotiate outcomes, and finalize settlements accordingly
