We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and possesses excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of computer systems and the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. A valid drivers license is also necessary. Preferred experience includes at least one year in a help desk role and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities
As part of our IT Help Desk Support team, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests from end users through both phone and email, addressing issues with courtesy and efficiency. Your tasks will include researching solutions, escalating problems to the systems administrator as needed, and documenting all help desk requests, processes, and actions taken. You will also apply various tools for troubleshooting, oversee workstation patching, and familiarize yourself with the software and hardware supported by our company. Hands-on tasks such as setting up, installing, and upgrading equipment will be part of your role, along with testing systems to ensure they function correctly. Additionally, you will be expected to update documentation for network systems, users, computers, and other equipment, and you may take on extra duties as assigned.
