Requirements
Must:
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to create and execute high-quality software solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft data reporting, analytics, visualization, and integration
- Minimum of 5 years in data solution development
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technology stacks, including Azure and M365
- Current active Microsoft Fabric certification
- Specialist expertise in major relational and NoSQL data platforms
- Proficient in architecting Data Lakes and modern data concepts
- Comfortable interfacing with various corporate stakeholders
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and professional communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to support solution decision-making
- Design, implement, and deploy data platforms in cloud environments (both public and private)
- Advise clients on data strategy, governance, architecture, and quality management
- Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations
- Educate clients on modern technologies and their business implications
- Establish processes and tools for data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis
- Clearly communicate solution options and their business relevance
- Develop roadmaps and strategies for data initiatives
- Conduct reviews and audits of existing solutions while creating architecture documentation
- Discuss solutions with stakeholders, ranging from C-level executives to engineering teams
- Participate in various roles throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in pre-sales activities and client presentations
- Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere
- Provide technical expertise in business analytics, data integration, and visualization
- Leverage Python and GenAI for development tasks
