Requirements
Must:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear guidance.
- Proven experience managing a core product area from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead and optimize the entire shopping journey from homepage to checkout.
- Track and enhance key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, purchase frequency, and customer retention.
- Lead the development of growth and engagement features, driving rapid experimentation backed by robust hypotheses, testing, and refinement.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of multicultural users, including their motivations, behaviors, and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with pricing, merchandising, and General Managers to create culturally relevant and impactful offerings, influencing pricing through customer insights and data.
- Work alongside General Managers for different ethnicities/regions to boost category-specific discovery and improve local user experiences, ensuring product decisions are aligned with real operational capabilities.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Guarantee that Weee consistently delivers its core user experience to all customer demographics.
