Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience - 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience required - Strong proficiency in: - Apex (complex logic, integrations, asynchronous tasks) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura - Advanced Salesforce Flow design - SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, and custom settings - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with Service Cloud Voice and AWS Connect preferred, or a quick learning capability for telephony integrations - Experience in integration development (REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Services), including Mulesoft - Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and MC Connect is a plus - Significant experience in website development or CMS is beneficial (not required) - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is strongly preferred - Strong analytical skills, capable of creating technical solutions from abstract business requirements - Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members - A collaborative spirit with a hospitality-focused attitude towards supporting internal teams

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs - Architect scalable solutions that comply with best practices for governor limits, data modeling, and maintainability - Build and enhance flows with a focus on performance, modularity, and reusability - Create and maintain integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and platform events - Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud - Develop features for Service Cloud Voice, including call flows and UI components - Assist in enhancing website integrations, customer portals, and web experiences - Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators to assess business needs and create effective technical specifications - Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release management processes - Document solutions comprehensively and contribute to internal development standards - Troubleshoot production issues and address performance concerns promptly - Stay informed and share knowledge of new Salesforce features and advancements in technology
