Requirements
Must:
- Experience with technical troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and with confidence
- Highly proficient in PC usage and quick to learn new software applications
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive financial information
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally, fostering relationships with customers, speakers, and contributors
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address inquiries and process orders
- Update website content as required
- Utilize our CRM and ticketing systems, offering feedback to enhance customer support operations
- Engage in additional cross-functional duties according to company requirements and personal interests (such as marketing, product testing, advertising, etc.)
